No. SortScape gives you a dedicated number for the AI Receptionist. You can forward calls to it only when you are busy, unavailable, or after hours. You can also update your Google Business profile to point to the new number.
Can I listen back to calls?
Yes. Calls are recorded and you can review the recording, transcript, summary, and outcome in SortScape.
Can callers still speak to a person?
Yes. If call transfer is enabled, the AI Receptionist can transfer callers to the phone number you choose.
