Invoice the job from the visit, send it by text, and your customer pays by card on their phone. Late payers get chased for you, and every invoice lands in Xero or QuickBooks.

Invoice
Open the visit and tap Create invoice. The work and prices on the visit fill the invoice in, so there's nothing to type. Tick Send invoice text message and it's on the customer's phone before you've packed up.
Tick the visits you've finished, from Invoicing or straight from a run on the schedule, and create every invoice at once. Choose one invoice per customer, per property or per visit, and send them all as they're created.
Get paid
Turn on automatic invoice reminders and SortScape follows up unpaid invoices by email or text, before and after the due date, on the days you choose. Once the invoice is paid in full, the reminders stop.
Your books
Connect Xero or QuickBooks Online and every invoice you create in SortScape is created there too, with the contact and items matched. When it's paid in your accounts, SortScape marks it paid.
Also included
Record a deposit or a part payment and the invoice shows what's still owing. Send a receipt when it's paid.
Mow every fortnight and bill once a month. Tick a customer's finished visits and they go on one invoice, a line for each.
Download your invoices, payments and tax for any period as an Excel file your accountant can work with.
