Can I download all my customer data?

SortScape allows you to download your customer data and your schedule as a CSV file. This format is compatible with Excel and other apps out there should be able to import your data using those files.
Administrators can also export:
- Customers (contacts)
- Properties
- Employees
- Quotes (from the Quotes screen — see How do I export quotes?)
- Visits (from the schedule)
- Issues
Export properties (and the prices you charge)
Section titled “Export properties (and the prices you charge)”To download your properties, open Properties and click Export in the top right. Only administrators can export.
You do not have to export everything. Filter or search the list first and the export matches what you see:
- Search a contact’s name in Search properties to get just that client’s properties.
- Filter the status dropdown (for example With repeating jobs) to narrow the list.
The CSV includes each property’s address and contact details, plus a Repeating visits column listing the upcoming repeating work for that property: the estimated time, the price (when your permissions allow you to see estimated value), how often it repeats, and the work required. That gives you a list of a client’s properties and the amounts you charge in one file.
