How do I see a list of my regular customers?

One way to judge the health of your business is by how many regular customers you have. You can see this on the Properties page.

1. Go to Properties in the main navigation.
2. On the Properties list, look for the dropdown to filter the list:
   1. Active – total active properties
   2. With repeating jobs – properties that have at least one scheduled repeating job (e.g. weekly mowing, fortnightly maintenance)
   3. Archived – inactive properties
3. The With repeating jobs filter shows the properties with repeating jobs. Note: The list includes only active properties that have at least one upcoming repeating job. Properties whose repeating jobs have all been completed or removed are not included.

The Repeating jobs column shows how often each job repeats. Jobs on a seasonal schedule also show the current season, for example “Every 4 weeks in winter”. Jobs with a fixed frequency show the day instead, for example “Every 4 weeks on Mon”. You can’t filter the list by frequency, but scanning this column is a quick way to check every client is set up correctly before you change the season. A client who should change frequency with the season but has no season name is on a fixed repeat.

You can then export this list to CSV by clicking Export in the top right (administrators only). The export matches whatever the list is showing. It shows each job’s current frequency only and does not say which jobs are on a seasonal schedule, so use the list on screen for that check.
