Labs is where you’ll find new features we’re still finishing. You can try them before they’re released to everyone, and they might change as we hear how they work for you.
Turn a Labs feature on or off
Section titled “Turn a Labs feature on or off”Only administrators can do this, and it applies to everyone in your business.
- Open Settings → System → Labs.
- Turn on the switch beside the feature you want to try.
- Use the Set up link on the feature to finish setting it up. Some features don’t do anything until you’ve chosen their settings.
To turn a feature off, turn its switch off and tap Turn off to confirm. Your settings for it are kept, so if you turn it back on later it works the way you left it.
The page works the same in a web browser and in the SortScape app.
Features that are on for everyone
Section titled “Features that are on for everyone”When we start releasing a Labs feature to all customers, its switch shows as on and can’t be changed. A note on the card says so.
Premium features
Section titled “Premium features”Some Labs features are part of SortScape Premium. They have a Premium label, and accounts that are not on Premium see an upgrade prompt instead of the switch.
