What is considered a user?

You will need a user in SortScape for anyone who:

1. Needs to be able to log into SortScape.
2. Needs to be able to be scheduled on a job run.
3. Needs to be able to track their time. In general, this means that you will need one user per admin person and one user per employee.

You pay for a set user count (1, 2, 5, 10, then steps of 5), not one extra seat at a time. See Billing plans, changes, and cancellation for how to change your plan.
