Changes to billing for customers paying through the Xero App Store

Xero has announced that it is retiring the Xero App Store Subscription service on 30 June 2026.

If you currently pay for SortScape through the Xero App Store, your subscription billing will need to move from Xero to SortScape directly.


This change only affects customers who currently pay for SortScape through the Xero App Store.

If you already pay SortScape directly by credit card, no action is required.


From 30 June 2026, when you log into SortScape, you will be prompted to enter your payment details directly into SortScape’s secure billing system.

Once your payment details have been entered, your subscription will continue as normal.

This change only affects how your subscription is billed. Your existing SortScape subscription pricing will remain unchanged.


Will I lose any prepaid subscription time?

Xero has advised that any unused prepaid subscription time will be refunded on a pro-rata basis when Xero App Store subscriptions are cancelled.

What happens if I don’t update my payment details?

SortScape will provide a short grace period after 30 June 2026 to allow you time to update your payment details.

After the grace period expires, access to SortScape may be restricted until payment details have been provided.


This change is being made because Xero is retiring the Xero App Store Subscription service.

To continue providing uninterrupted access to SortScape, billing for affected customers must move directly from Xero to SortScape.
