How do I export quotes?

Last updated:

Yes. You can export the quotes list from SortScape as a CSV file and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.

Note:

  • Only administrators can view and export quotes.
  • The export uses the same filters as the quotes list (status, date range, and search).
  1. Open Quotes in the main navigation.
  2. Optional: filter the list before exporting:
    • Status (Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined, or Scheduled)
    • Quote date range
    • Search (quote number, contact name, or property address)
  3. Click Export in the top right of the quotes list.
  4. A CSV file downloads to your computer.

Each row is one quote. Columns include:

  • Contact
  • Quote #
  • Status
  • Property
  • Quote date
  • Expiry date
  • Sent date
  • Total
  1. Open Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets / Apple Numbers).
  2. Open the downloaded CSV file.
  3. Use filters, pivot tables, or formulas as needed.

SortScape includes built-in quote reports under Reports → Quotes. See Running business reports for how conversion rate is calculated and which chart types to use.

You can still export the quotes list to CSV if you want to do custom analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
