How do I export quotes?

Yes. You can export the quotes list from SortScape as a CSV file and open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.
Note:
- Only administrators can view and export quotes.
- The export uses the same filters as the quotes list (status, date range, and search).
Export quotes
Section titled “Export quotes”- Open Quotes in the main navigation.
- Optional: filter the list before exporting:
- Status (Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined, or Scheduled)
- Quote date range
- Search (quote number, contact name, or property address)
- Click Export in the top right of the quotes list.
- A CSV file downloads to your computer.
What’s in the export
Section titled “What’s in the export”Each row is one quote. Columns include:
- Contact
- Quote #
- Status
- Property
- Quote date
- Expiry date
- Sent date
- Total
Open the file in Excel
Section titled “Open the file in Excel”- Open Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets / Apple Numbers).
- Open the downloaded CSV file.
- Use filters, pivot tables, or formulas as needed.
Estimating quote conversion rates
Section titled “Estimating quote conversion rates”SortScape includes built-in quote reports under Reports → Quotes. See Running business reports for how conversion rate is calculated and which chart types to use.
You can still export the quotes list to CSV if you want to do custom analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
