How do I export all the jobs on my schedule?

You can export visits from the Schedule page as a CSV file for use in Excel or other spreadsheet apps.

Note:

  • Exporting is only available on desktop (larger screens).
  • Only administrators can export data.

Scheduled date vs completion date

This export filters by scheduled date — the date the visit appears on your calendar — not by when it was marked complete.

  • Use Schedule → Export → Scheduled when you want every visit planned for a week (including incomplete, skipped, and late completions once marked done).
  • Use Export completed visits (from a property or from Invoicing) when you want visits marked complete in a date range. See FAQ - How do I export visit information for a specific customer?.

If your crews run a week behind, export the scheduled week the work was planned for, then filter in Excel on Resolution date or Resolved? to see when visits were actually completed.

Export scheduled visits

Scheduled visits are those assigned to a specific date on the calendar.

  1. Open Schedule
  2. Use the date controls to select the day, week, or month you want
  3. Click Tools
  4. Under Export, click Scheduled Your file will download as a CSV.

Important:

  • This csv export includes every visit scheduled in that period, for every crew, including skipped visits.
  • For example:
    • Week view → exports that week only
    • Month view → exports that month only

Columns useful for crew reporting

The scheduled export includes columns such as:

  • Employees scheduled — crew members assigned to the job run
  • Scheduled date — when the visit was on the calendar
  • Resolved?, Resolution status, Resolution date — completion status and when the visit was marked done
  • Time spent — logged hours with employee names (when day sheets are enabled)

Export unscheduled visits

Unscheduled visits are those in the Unscheduled column (not yet assigned to a date).

  1. Open Schedule
  2. Click Tools
  3. Under Export, click Unscheduled Your file will download as a CSV.

Important:

  • This export includes all unscheduled visits, regardless of the current date view
