Viewing visits for a property
Last updated:
When you need visit dates and hours for one client, open that client’s property. You can review upcoming and past visits there in the app.
In SortScape, a client is usually a property (the address you service) linked to a contact. Search for the contact name or address, then open the property.
Upcoming visits
Section titled “Upcoming visits”On the property page, find Next visit. That shows the next incomplete visit for the property.
To see the full list of upcoming visits for that property only:
- Open the property.
- Under Next visit, click See all future visits.
The list shows each upcoming visit’s date and estimated hours. Use it when you want a client’s future schedule in one place, without scanning the whole company calendar.
See all future visits only includes visits that are not yet completed or skipped. Past months that are already done will not appear here.
Past visits and hours
Section titled “Past visits and hours”On the same property page, open the Visits tab. This is the history for that property: completed visits, skipped visits, and other resolved work, with paging if there are many rows.
On desktop, each row can include:
- Date
- Estimated man hours
- Time spent (when day sheets are enabled for your account)
- Work done and other visit details
On mobile, the same history appears as a list of completed visit cards. Open a visit if you need more detail.
Use the Visits tab when you need dates and hours for a past period (for example, every visit in April for that client).
- Stay on the property page when the question is about one client. The Schedule is for the whole team’s calendar, not a single property’s history.
- Next visit on the property also shows a short summary of recent completed visits under Last visit completed. For the full history with hours, use the Visits tab.
- This works on the web and in the mobile app. Open the property the same way in either place.
