How do I change the price on just one visit without changing future visits?

For a fixed-price visit, add an extra invoice line item for the work, materials, or surcharge on that specific visit. Your regular repeating price stays the same on future visits.

Open the visit from Schedule and add the charge under Invoice items while viewing it. Do not use Edit to add the item or change an existing repeating line, because that updates future visits in the series. A “1” icon confirms that the new line applies to this visit only.
